127 – Where’s Your Feedback Coming From?

As a leader, I’m sure you’ve had your fair share of getting pushback from your team members when changes are being rolled out.

In today’s episode, I want to ask you who are you getting feedback, thoughts, and opinions from?

Whose voices are you listening to for advice and guidance?

Here’s a pro tip: Bring in your top people and pass the ball around. Make sure to include them in the conversation so that when you roll out the changes, these people will feel better about it knowing that they were part of the planning process. You don’t need everyone to agree with the decisions that you make, especially if you know that they come from a good place, but getting their support is important.
