One of the things that we’re missing in this “virtual” world is the absence of physical touch or presence.
For those of us who are “people” persons, this is very challenging
As a leader, it’s your job to bring people together, and sometimes communicating solely on emails or text isn’t going to help you achieve that goal.
Here’s me sharing what we can do as leaders to alleviate this problem in a time when physical touch is difficult to do.
