How long have you been developing leaders?

I have been developing leaders formally since 1996.

What is your process for going about work?

My process is a simple and effective 5-step process in working with clients:

  1. Goals: Understand your desired outcome, goals and vision.
  2. Discovery: Fully understand your current state or situation and identify your needs.
  3. Recommendations: Propose solutions and changes to address needs and achieve the desired outcome.
  4. Implementation: Upon agreement, begin the implementation of the proposed solutions.
  5. Monitor Progress: Assess progress relative to goals and adjust as needed.

What kind of leadership consulting projects do you typically work on?

Most of our clients are realizing their organization can reach higher levels, grow more or perform better in some way.

They also recognize that leadership ability and talent is the difference maker that ensures the company’s potential is met.

Most are looking for their Leadership team to further develop existing leadership skills and develop skills they don’t have.

What is your payment structure?

For Keynotes, 50% of the fee is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due on or before the event.

For Consulting, Training and Coaching: Payments can be made monthly, quarterly or annually based on the client’s preference.

Do you sign letters of confidentiality?

Absolutely. We take confidentiality very seriously. Your information, physical or intellectual property is not shared in any means with any other clients unless specifically granted permission to do so.

What is most satisfying to you in your work as a leadership coach/advisor?

Small improvements in the right areas cause major transformation. It is incredibly fulfilling and rewarding to witness this firsthand. The moment someone puts new skills and abilities to the test, there is a rush of adrenaline. The combination of excitement, pride, and heightened confidence sends them on a whole new trajectory. That is incredibly exciting to watch.
